The present invention relates to an elderly care system using a silver smart device. More specifically, the silver smart device includes a speech inducing system which can be a chat partner for elderly users and outputs voices at a predetermined time in accordance with a timeline. The elderly care system using the silver smart device includes: the silver smart device which includes a storage unit, a control unit, a voice output unit, a communication unit, and a voice input unit and output a voice again when there is no voice input for a predetermined period after the voice is output; a server which receives and stores log signals transmitted by the communication unit; and a protector terminal which checks log records stored in the server through a network.
