A smart vegetation cultivating device using internet of things is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the smart vegetation cultivating device includes: a housing in which vegetation is grown and which separates the vegetation from outer air; first and second water reservoirs which are located in one side and the other side of the housing, respectively; and an integrated processing unit composed of an environment control module for controlling an environment in the housing to a growth environment to grow the vegetation and an information generating module for generating growth environment information by converting the growth environment into data. Accordingly, the present invention can cultivate the vegetation without vegetation knowledge.
