The present invention relates to an axial stacked synchronous reluctance motor for improving torque and power factor. The synchronous reluctance motor comprises: a stator having teeth radially protruding in a circumferential direction, and a slot formed between adjacent teeth, and having an accommodation area formed at the center thereof; and a rotor having a round shape and accommodated in the accommodation area to rotate. The rotor includes: a shaft positioned at the center to rotate the rotor; a spider made of a non-magnetic metal material having a shaft hole into which the shaft is inserted, at the center thereof, a lamination surface forming a concave space between a plurality of blades extending to an end of the rotor, and a fastener formed on the stacked surface toward the shaft hole; a plurality of cores sequentially stacked in an axial direction on the lamination surface; an insulation sheet positioned between the lamination surface and the core and between the cores; a pole holder made of an insulating material stacked on the outermost core to form an end portion of the rotor; and a fastening member inserted from the pole holder to the fastener to couple the core, the insulation sheet, and the pole holder to the spider. According to the present invention, provided is a synchronous reluctance motor that has excellent mechanical rigidity and a new shape without a lip while providing large torque and reduced torque ripple.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
