One embodiment of the present invention provides an artificial joint, which comprises: a stem having one end fixed to a first bone of a human body and a coupling part formed at the other end; a head including an insertion part into which the coupling part is inserted; and an acetabular cup fixed to a second bone corresponding to a first bone, wherein a receiving part is formed so that the head can be inserted and turned, wherein the stem comprises: a core member extending from the coupling part to one end of the stem; and a plurality of wire members spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals around the core member so as to surround the core member. The present invention provides an artificial joint stem and the artificial joint including the stem for enhancing the bonding force with the bone.
