The present invention uses a filtration method for producing a large amount wind capable of performing fast filtration at a ventilation speed via filtration within an indoor space. An inner side pipe is inputted into an outer side pipe. The outer side pipe is for a discharging wind and the inner side pipe is for a suction hole. A water level air suction device is installed at a terminal side of the suction hole. The filtrating wind adsorbs dust or the like on a side surface of an expansion filtrating filter. Thus, the present invention produces the large amount of filtrating wind at a filtrating wind speed and utilizes an absorbing force of the water level for the filtrating wind speed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
