PURPOSE: A movable dust-collecting duct of a water-seal type is provided to prevent fluid from overflowing from a immersing unit while a U-shaped duct moves, since the resistance of the fluid in the immersing unit is minimized.;CONSTITUTION: A movable dust-collecting duct of a water-seal type comprises a moving suction duct(110), an U-shaped duct(120), a water-seal duct(130), and a duct conveying unit. The moving suction duct collects dusts from a moving work machine(A) moving along the moving work machine. The u-shaped duct is formed on the lower end of the moving suction duct. The water-seal duct is connected to a dust collector(140). The water-seal duct comprises a immersing unit(131) and a water-seal unit.
