The present application relates to a method for manufacturing fermented Guar meal and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing fermented Guar meal, the method comprising the steps of: pre-treating the Guar meal; inoculating the pre-treated Guar meal with a Bacillus strain; and subjecting bacteria inoculated with the Guar meal to solid cultivation to obtain the fermented Guar meal, fermented Guar meal manufactured by the method, and a feed composition comprising the fermented Guar meal.
