According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for providing a local contact type business opportunity comprises the steps of: receiving, by a sourcing platform using advertisement content, information on a business operated by a small trader from a terminal of the small trader who operates the business in a specific area; storing, by the sourcing platform using the advertisement content, the received information in a database; publicizing, by the sourcing platform using the advertisement content, only a part of the information stored in the database in a public page; receiving, by the sourcing platform using the advertisement content, a reading request for entire information stored in the database from at least one of a start-up terminal which uses the specific area reading a part of the publicized information as a business area and a local government terminal which administers the specific area; and performing, by the sourcing platform using the advertisement content, verification for granting a reading authority for the entire information stored in the database to any one or more of the start-up terminal or the local government terminal, and providing a local contact type business opportunity for any one or more of the business operated by the small trader and a start-up business or local government granted with an authority by granting the authority in accordance with a verification result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
