Double composite tablet for oral administration including tramadol and celecoxib

The present invention relates to a tablet for oral administration prescribed for acute and chronic pain of a serious or moderate illness, dysmenorrhea, relief of acute pain (pain after surgery and tooth extraction) of an adult, the relief of a symptom and a sign of rheumatoid spondylitis, relief of the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, and relief of the symptoms of osteoarthritis. The double composite tablet for oral administration includes: a sustained-release layer including tramadol as an active ingredient; and an immediate release layer including celecoxib. According to the present invention, the tablet for oral administration can provide a composition for pain treatment, having continuous pain killing effect for 12 hours and reducing side effect of tramadol at the same time by having sustained release tramadol which is aqueous and immediately released celecoxib. Also, the tablet for oral administration can reduce the number of medicines to be taken, and therefore, can improve convenience when taking medicines since two medicines are manufactured as a single composite tablet.
