A cable gland for fixing multiple cables according to the present invention includes: a gland body having a center formed therein with a through-hole through which a cable passes, having one end formed thereon with a first thread portion and the other end formed thereon with a second thread portion, and having an inner side formed therein with an airtight portion in which the through-hole is formed at the inner side; an elastic tightening packing part disposed in the airtight portion of the gland body and formed therein with a plurality of cable through-holes through which a plurality of cables are passed; a lock nut screw-assembled to the first thread portion of the gland body to press the elastic tightening packing part during the assembly so that the cables passing through the elastic tightening packing part are fixed in a hermetic state; and a tightening insertion hole assembled by the second thread portion together with a protrusion formed at the gland body, wherein the elastic tightening packing part having the cable through-holes for hermetically fixing the plurality of cables are embedded in one cable gland. The plurality of cables are fixed to one cable gland, so that the cable gland is easily manufactured, a space for installing the cable gland is remarkably reduced, durability is improved for a long-term use, damages to the cable are minimized, and the manufacturing cost of the cable gland is decreased.
