The present invention relates to a composition for clearing a biotissue and a method for clearing a biotissue using the same. The composition for clearing a biotissue and the method for clearing a biotissue using the same according to the present invention are not using an expensive electrophoresis device and expensive solutions, can be applied to various biotissues of brain, liver, lung, kidney, intestine, heart, muscle, blood vessel, and the like without damaging. In addition, a transparency of biotissues can be improved without forming bubbles, discoloration, and generation of black deposition. In addition, an antibody within the transparent tissue can be dyed.
