Disclosed are an expansion boat having a bending structure and a thermal expansion absorbing device including the same. The expansion boat (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on inter-facility connection parts (11, 12) having different temperatures and absorbs a difference in thermal expansion amount. The expansion boat (100) comprises: an attachment part (130) of a plate-like structure which is bound or attached to the surfaces of the connection parts (11, 12); a first-direction extension part (110) extending from the attachment part (130) by a predetermined length in one direction; and a second-direction extension part (120) extending by a predetermined length in the direction perpendicular to the first-direction extension part (110). The first-direction extension part (110) and the second-direction extension part (120) are integrally formed with the attachment part (130) to form a sealed space therein. According to the present invention, the expansion boat includes a structure capable of absorbing not only thermal expansion in the horizontal direction but also thermal expansion in the vertical direction at the same time.
