The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody specific to a nucleoprotein of influenza A virus and a rapid fluorescence immunoassay kit using the same. The present invention also provides a hybridoma cell and the monoclonal antibody is specifically coupled to an NP antigen of the influenza A virus. The rapid fluorescence immunoassay kit utilizing the monoclonal antibody can quickly detect the influenza A virus as well as diagnosing the individual human subjects infected with the influenza A virus. Accordingly, the monoclonal antibody can be used for a rapid kit enabling a rapid diagnosis. The antigen-antibody diagnostic kit can be distributed to local and foreign regions with the potential danger of influenza A virus infection, thereby securing the market competitiveness as a leader.
