H7 Monoclonal antibody specific to hemagglutinin of H7 subtype influenza virus and rapid fluorescence-linked immunochromatographic diagnostic kit using the same

The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody specific to hemagglutinin on H7 subtype influenza virus, and a rapid fluorescence immunodiagnostic kit using the same. In the present invention, hybridoma cell lines and monoclonal antibodies specifically binding to the hemagglutinin antigens of two H7 subtypes of influenza viruses are prepared, and the H7 subtype influenza virus was quickly detected through a fluorescent immuno kit which is applied with the monoclonal antibody. Therefore, the monoclonal antibody of the present invention can be used in a rapid kit enabling rapid diagnosis, and the antigen-antibody diagnostic kit can achieve market competitiveness as a leading product by being distributed in regions with influenza virus or regions with risks of having the same in Korea and other countries.
