The present invention relates to a hole fabricating device for a return spring of a brake pad plate for a vehicle. According to the present invention, the hole fabricating device for a return spring of a brake pad plate for a vehicle includes: a turntable unit including a turntable and a table driving unit intermittently rotating the turntable; a jig block installed on the turntable at constant intervals by corresponding intermittent rotation of the turntable so that a pad plate used for a brake for a vehicle can be placed thereon; a centering unit inspecting a state in which the pad plate is placed on the jig block by corresponding to the intermittent rotation of the turntable; and a drilling unit fabricating a hole for a return spring on a hole-fabricated surface of the pad plate which is inspected by the centering unit by corresponding to the intermittent rotation of the turntable. The hole fabricating device can place the pad plate at a regular position on the turntable and can vertically fabricate the hole for a return spring onto the hole-fabricated surface of the pad plate by corresponding to the intermittent rotation of the turntable. The hole fabricating device can improve fabricating accuracy of the hole for a return spring.
