According to the present invention, a jig block and a centering unit used in a hole machining apparatus of a brake pad plate for a vehicle according to the present invention is a jig block in which a pad plate is seated in a hole forming apparatus for a return spring of a brake pad plate for a vehicle, wherein the jig block includes: a block body forming an outer appearance; a spacing protrusion portion protruding from a block body such that a pad plate is spaced apart from the block body; and a regular position protrusion formed on the block body to protrude therefrom while being spaced apart from the spacing protrusion portion so as to be fitted with a fitting hole formed to be penetrated in the pad plate. Accordingly, the present invention is able to stably mount a pad plate on a jig block at a regular position and prevent the jig block from interfering in a gripping operation of the pad plate and a gripping releasing operation of the pad plate.
