Disclosed are a local air defense system and a method by a satellite navigation spoofing of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The system comprises: a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) satellite signal receiving module which receives a GNSS satellite signal of a first direction received from the first direction in a first point of an air defense area; a jamming signal generating module which delays the GNSS satellite signal received from the GNSS satellite signal receiving module by a predetermined time to generate jamming signals; and a jamming signal transmitting module which transmits the jamming signal generated in the jamming signal generating module to a second direction of the first point, which is an opposite direction of the first direction, at a second point of the air defense area. According to the local air defense system and the method by a satellite navigation spoofing of an unmanned aerial vehicle, the system transmits jamming signals at right and left points of an attack point for unmanned aerial vehicles attacking a specific air defense area, and spoofs and induces the vehicles to the outside of the right and left points of the attack point, thereby avoiding attacks or reconnaissance of vehicles.
