According to an embodiment of the present invention, a medical apparatus comprises an elastic compensation member for providing, to a first link rotating around a first rotary shaft capable of moving a position of a display apparatus, torque in the opposite direction to compensate torque applied by a weight of the display apparatus. One end of the elastic compensation member can have a changed position on the first link while the display apparatus is moved by supporting the one end of the elastic compensation member to an additional rotatable support unit without fixing to the first link in order to minimize a change in a length of the elastic compensation member regardless of the movement of the display apparatus.
