A production method of a malt tea bag for preparing honey sikhye (saccharified rice drink) according to the present invention includes an immersion process; a malt germination process; a drying process; a coarse grinding process; a coating process; and a tea bag producing process. The effect of the present invention is that, inside air of a producing factory can be maintained more cleanly by blending malt powder and honey and coating the malt powder with the honey; the maintenance of a producing apparatus by dust becomes easier so as to greatly improve the quality of the manufacturing environment; and as workers are released from the threat of health by dust, the quality of the working environment can be improved.
