In the present invention, a vector containing a mt-Keima gene is transformed into a drosophila to produce a drosophila model that is introduced with a mitochondrial gene and each tissue of the drosophila is confirmed with expression of mt-Keima. By constructing a mitophagy regulated gene screening system using mitochondrial expressing drosophila, the present invention may be useful as a method for screening for mitocphagy regulatory genes for identifying mitochondrial promoting and suppressing genes using the mitochondrial transformed drosophila, thereby capable of screening an active mitophagy regulator gene.
