The present invention minimizes the time required for assembling and fixing upper and lower half-section concrete-filled tube (CFT) steel pipe girders (100AC) (200BC) by being dualized into a factory production method where the quality of upper and lower half-section CFT steel pipe girders (100AC) (200BC) is uniform and a field assembly method where field fixing is rapid, such that rapid response and support for the ground displacement of initial instability due to rapid blasting are not only ensured by structural safety, and due to a horizontal length expansion structure of a ceiling crown, the arched upper half-section CFT steel pipe girder is moved to the ground. Accordingly, the present invention enables tunnel construction to be efficient and economical.
