The present invention relates to a construction method for a tiled roof with excellent durability, and a pavilion and a pergola having a roof constructed by the same. The construction method for a tiled roof comprises: a rafter installation step of installing rafters; a rafter finishing step of positioning a sheet or a strike board on the rafters; a lath installation step of positioning a lath on an upper portion of the sheet or the strike board; a space blocking member installation step of positioning a space blocking member having a curved surface of a shape corresponding to a lower surface of a plurality of roof tiles arranged in a lateral direction on an upper portion of the lath; and a roof tile installation step of installing roof tiles to allow lower surfaces of the roof tiles to be seated on the curved surface of the space blocking member. A space is prevented from being created between the lath and the roof tiles. The construction method for a tiled roof comprises the rafter installation step, the rafter finishing step, the lath installation step, the space blocking member installation step, and the roof tile installation step. The space blocking member installed in the space blocking member installation step has the curved surface of the shape corresponding to the lower surface of the plurality of roof tiles arranged in the lateral direction to prevent a space in which birds can live and a space into which a strong wind can blow from being created between the lath and the roof tiles. Therefore, the tiled roof has excellent durability.
