CLAY ROOF TILE WHICH HAS EXCELLENT DURABILITY AND ABRASION RESISTANCE AND INCLUDES COLORED GLAZING PAINT AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A clay roof tile including colored glazing paint and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the paint from getting discolored even when the clay root tile is exposed to the outside by coating the surface of the clay root tile with the glazing paint.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a clay root tile in which a glazing paint is colored the following the processes: a surface washing process washing the surface of the clay roof tile by injecting the clay roof tile which is molded in a frame and plasticized into a surface treating apparatus and sanding the tile; a pre-heating process keeping an external surface temperature of the clay roof tile at 110°C~135°C; a surface painting process which evenly sprays the glazing paint, in which 65~75 weight% of powdered ceramic, 15~25 weight% of color paint, and 5~15 weight% of additive including isopropyl alcohol are mixed, on the whole surface of the clay roof tile; and a surface plasticity process putting the clay roof tile into an oven and heating the tile.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
