The present invention relates to a printed circuit board cutting device using a computer numerical control (CNC) lathe. More specifically, the printed circuit board cutting device using a CNC lathe comprises: a PCB cutting box; a laser beam irradiator; a suction device; a guide port for a control plate; the control plate for an outlet; and a cylinder for driving the control plate. A plurality of frictional force and contact force weakening grooves are formed on a rear surface of the control plate for an outlet, such that a part of dust including small PCB fragments in the PCB cutting box is induced to a suction load reduction groove when a PCB fragment and a dust outlet formed on a rear plate of the PCB cutting box are blocked by the control plate for an outlet during the operation of a suction device. Therefore, it is possible to minimize a frictional force and a contact force generated between the rear plate of the PCB cutting box and the rear surface of the control plate for an outlet. Thus, the control plate for an outlet can be efficiently moved, it is possible to minimize an amount of abrasion and a failure rate as well as a frictional sound caused by the movement of the control plate for an outlet, and the service time thereof can be significantly increased, thereby remarkably reducing the need for maintenance work and improving durability of the printed circuit board cutting apparatus and reliability of the cutting operation thereof.
