The present invention proposes a device for preventing operations of an LED earth leakage breaker due to capacitive leakage current, comprising: a first input terminal (N) of a power source, a second input terminal (L) of the power source, and a ground (GND) terminal (G); a third diode (154) disposed between the first input terminal (N) and the ground (GND) terminal (G); a fourth diode (155) disposed between the second input terminal (L) and the ground (GND) terminal (G); a current sensor (153) disposed on a ground (GND) line connected to the ground (GND) terminal (G), and detecting common mode noise current; and a common mode noise blocking switch (151) disposed between the current sensor (153) and the ground (GND) terminal (G). The device for preventing operations of an LED earth leakage breaker due to capacitive leakage current turns off the common mode noise blocking switch (151) when common mode noise current of several to tens of milliamperes is detected by the current sensor (153), and turns on the common mode noise blocking switch (151) when overcurrent of several amperes or more is detected by the current sensor (153).
