The present invention relates to a bioplastic composition. In particular, the bioplastic composition, in addition to an antibacterial agent, uses a plant-based plasticizer, triacetin, as a plasticizer; uses an acetyl-based organic metal salt, a metal acetylacetone complex, as a biodegradation catalyst; and is formed by combining other components including calcium carbonate having predetermined physical/chemical characteristics, and a pro-oxidant which is a certain type of fatty acids. Accordingly, the bioplastic composition can greatly increase antibacterial properties and oxo-biodegradability and provide excellent eco-friendliness, mechanical properties, and breathability in bioplastic products formed by using the composition, and can reduce the amount of heat generated when incinerated for disposal after use. Accordingly, the bioplastic composition is suitable for use in antibacterial roll bags, sanitary bags, and sanitary gloves, by using an antibacterial agent, an acetin-based eco-friendly plasticizer, an acetyl-based biodegradable catalyst, and biomass that are suitable for use in roll bags, sanitary bags, and sanitary gloves.
