SSR Method for discrimination of jujube varieties using SSR marker

The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing jujube varieties using a simple sequence repeat (SSR) marker. More specifically, a primer set and a method for distinguishing jujube varieties using the same enable distinguishing of the jujube varieties using an SSR marker based on genome information, and prevent mixing of the jujube varieties distributed in the domestic market, thereby being useful for quality management such as differentiability, uniformity, stability, variety name, and the like which are requirements of fruit varieties.
