The present invention relates to an SSR marker capable of cultivar discrimination of Lentinula edodes including Sanjo 101, Sanjo 102, Sanjo 103, Sanjo 108, Sanjo 109, Sanjo 110, Sanjo 111, Sanjo 301, Sanjo 501, Sanjo 702, Sanjo 704, Sanjo 705, Sanjo 706, Sanjo 707, Sanjo 708, Sanjo 709, Sanjo 710 and Chamaram developed by forest mushroom research center under the national forestry cooperative federation, to a primer set for cultivar discrimination of Lentinula edodes using the same, and to a method for cultivar discrimination of Lentinula edodes. According to the present invention, it is possible to promptly, accurately and easily discriminate 18 varieties of the Lentinula edodes, protect the domestic mushroom cultivars and prevent illegal distribution of the domestic mushroom cultivars.
