The present invention relates to a grain germinator and a germinated grain manufacturing method using the same and, more specifically, relates to a grain germinator and a germinated grain manufacturing method using the same, capable of enabling a user to conveniently cook rice without washing or soaking the rice by automating grain washing, germinating, drying, and packing processes. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a grain supply part (100) supplying a predetermined amount of grains; a washing part (200) formed on a side of the grain supply part and washing the grains; a germinating part (300) formed on a side of the washing part and soaking and germinating the washed grains; and a drying part (400) formed on a side of the germinating part, and drying the germinated grains.
