Disclosed is a device for ultrasonically measuring the depth of a concrete crack. The operation of aligning an ultrasonic measuring device with a concrete crack can be easily performed. The apparatus includes: a transparent window (10) allowing a concrete crack to be observed therethrough, with a scale (12) being located at the center of the window to be in contact with the concrete crack; open areas (20) assisting an ultrasonic measuring device (40) to be placed on both sides of the transparent window (10), in positions aligned in line; and a guide plate (30) in which the transparent window (10) and the open areas (20) are located at predetermined distances from each other. The open areas (20), assisting the ultrasonic measuring device (40) to be aligned in line on both sides of the transparent window (10), are disposed at predetermined distances on both sides of the transparent window (10) having the scale (12) located at the center to be in contact with the concrete crack. The transparent window (10) has a predetermined area, through which the crack can be observed, and has the scale (12) located at the center thereof to be in contact with the crack. The guide plate (30) are bonded or bent along a planar or curved surface of a concrete surface so as to be fixed to the concrete surface. The open areas (20) are through-holes, in which the ultrasonic measuring device (40) is held. Ultrasonic waves output by the ultrasonic measuring device (40) travel along the interior of the concrete through the concrete surface. Ultrasonic waves output by another ultrasonic measuring device (40) may be received by the ultrasonic measuring device (40) through the open areas (20).
