The present invention provides a light distribution property variable type lighting device, comprising: one or more LED modules; and a light guide unit receiving light from the one or more LED modules, changing light distribution properties, and emitting the light to the outside. The light unit includes: a first and a second lens member composed of two planes receiving or emitting the light, and reflection surfaces reflecting and emitting the incident light; and a hinge member connecting one side corners of the first and the second lens member to each other. The first and second lens members are made to rotate around the hinge member for changing positions of the two planes and the reflection surface, and changing the light distribution properties.
