The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing spray-dried powder of an enzymatic hydrolysate of a colored sweet potato with enhanced solubility and digestibility; spray-dried powder of an enzymatic hydrolysate of a colored sweet potato, manufactured by the same; and a health functional food composition for preventing or improving an enteropathy containing spray-dried powder of an enzymatic hydrolysate of a colored sweet potato. The method for manufacturing the spray-dried powder of the enzymatic hydrolysate of the colored sweet potato with the enhanced solubility and the digestibility includes: (a) a step of manufacturing dried powder of the colored sweet potato; (b) a step of manufacturing the enzymatic hydrolysate of the colored sweet potato by treating the dried powder of the colored sweet potato of the step (a) with an enzyme; (c) a step of adding pectin to the enzymatic hydrolysate of the colored sweet potato of the step (b) and homogenizing the same; and (d) a step of pulverizing a homogenate of the enzymatic hydrolysate of the colored sweet potato in the step (c).
