The present invention relates to an apparatus for recognizing an environment based on pose information of an unmanned surface vehicle and a method thereof. The apparatus corrects detection data in consideration of pose information of an unmanned surface vehicle and increases obstacle detection accuracy by applying weights according to a level ahead to realize high-speed processing.
