The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or reducing skin wrinkles comprising a Siraitia grosvenorii residual extract as an effective component. The collagenase inhibitory activity of the Siraitia grosvenorii residual extract, which is an effective component of the present invention, is superior to a Siraitia grosvenorii extract, which is a soluble fraction. Thus the composition of the present invention can be usefully used in the cosmetic industry to prevent or reduce skin wrinkles.
