The compensating cover (3) is provided with an upper shelf (3.1), side walls (3.2) and roundings (3.3) between them. In the plan, the compensating pad (3) has the form of a trapezium with a small (3.4) and large (3.5) bases for connecting, respectively, with a transverse beam (1) and with a lower strap (2.1). The fillets (3.3) on the side of the small base (3.4) are made with a radius R1 in the range from 5 to 200 mm. Between the values of the radius R1 and the radius R2 from the side of the large base (3.5), a ratio of 0.01 R1 / R2 1 is maintained.
