FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to devices providing a user restricted in movement a personal workplace with the possibility of access to the media. Personal workplace of the user, limited in movements, contains an arcuate frame, a support with a panel and a frame fastening at one end. Arc of the frame is equipped with an element for fastening and moving the support with the panel along the arc and/or perpendicular to the arc of the frame and/or turning the support around its axis. Panel is connected to the support by means of a rotary element that rotates the panel at any angle in any direction.
