The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip, a system using such a chip and a PCR method for the detection of DNA sequences. The chip consists of a block of material in which there is a cavity that can contain at least one fluid, this cavity comprising at least one inlet orifice and at least one outlet orifice, the fluid inlet orifice being connected to at least two fluid injection channels.
