Host computer monitors entire testing process for setting, and wind power station simulation machine is used to fast implement the test of real wind-power electricity generation course management system for simulating entire wind power station, wind power station management system prototype. For test method comprising steps of establishing wind power plant's model, configuration wind park simulates machine, configures wind park management system prototype, condensation measurement operating condition and model parameter, monitoring test technique, processing, analysis, assessment test result. The present invention can test software and hardware wind-powered electricity generation course management system in laboratory during development, reduce period and the cost of system development, reproduce the operating condition of the scene, including failure and extreme operating condition, reduce the cost of upgrading and maintenance, used in the later period.
