To provide a financing management device, a financing management method, and a financing management program which are capable of unified management of various floating-rate commodities.SOLUTION: The financing management device related to an embodiment comprises: a repayment pattern master where patterns of various types of rate fluctuation are registered in association with repayment pattern codes; contract data creation means which, at the time of loan agreement, selects a repayment pattern code registered in the repayment pattern master, in an input screen to create contract data including identification information, the selected repayment pattern code, a loan amount, and a loan rate; and repayment schedule data creation means which creates repayment schedule data including the identification information and a repayment schedule based on the contract data corresponding to the identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
