PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bond security financing management system for managing bond security financing for financing a medical institute by a payment system in which a purchase institute succeeds the medical compensation bond of the medical institute generated as necessary in a prescribed period, and the medical compensation obtained by each medical compensation bond is held in a fixed period, and a portion of the medical compensation is paid to the medical institute.;SOLUTION: A data management part 106A of a bond security loan management system 100 receives the scores of a rezept computer counted according to the charged sum of medical compensation charged based on a medical compensation bond and the medical act of a medical institute through a terminal 101 of a master servicer 10A, and manages any recovery risk in financing. Furthermore, the scores of the rezept computer which become points to be charged as the medical compensation are checked twice per month and provided in the medical institute in the future according as the charged sum of the medical institute is provided as a pace of one time per month in the data management part 106A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
