PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit information monitoring system and a credit information monitoring method, for continuously monitoring credit information on which a credit risk of an enterprise is reflected.;SOLUTION: A management server computer is installed on a communication network like the Internet, and accounting data processed by a minor enterprise or the like is uploaded monthly or the like. A trusted professional accountant makes investigations in accordance with programmed investigation procedures provided from the management server computer. Business results, authenticity of accounting, and required security are scored in accordance with a program preliminarily prepared on the management server computer to timely and accurately measure the degree and changed of the credit risk of the enterprise, so that a financial institution or the like can continuously monitor them.
