To comprise a battery lock device without the need of a complicated operation.SOLUTION: A battery lock device comprises a lock plate 10 capable of moving between the first position where a battery 101 is restricted to be pulled out and the second position where the battery 101 can be pulled out, a shaft 11 to rotatably support the lock plate 10 against the vehicle body 100, a fixed part 12 fixed on a vehicle body 100 and opposite to the lock plate 10, a lock pin 13 provided on the lock plate 10 and capable of sliding between the first direction X1 approaching the fixed part 12 and the second direction X2 away from the fixed part 12, a spring to energize the lock pin 13 in the first direction X1, and the first and the second openings 12a, 12b provided on the fixed part 12 and capable of allowing insertion of the lock pin 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
