PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery-type forklift allowing the mounting of batteries with different specifications.;SOLUTION: In the battery-type forklift 1, a battery containing part 60 for containing a battery 6 is provided to the vehicle body, and an oil tank 20 is provided in the battery containing part 60. The oil tank 20 has brackets (locking parts) 21, 22 for locking the oil tank 20 in the battery containing part 60. The battery containing part 60 has a supporting axis (locked part) 61 for allowing the brackets 21, 22 of the oil tank 20 to pivotally and supportively lock.
