To provide a method of processing Shochu lees that can be processed at low cost without a need for a large-scale processing facility and a power source, and a device of processing Shochu lees.SOLUTION: About 80 to 100 parts by weight of a conditioning solution is mixed with 100 parts by weight of Shochu lees to produce a first mixed solution B1. The first mixed solution B1 is separated into a filtrate F and a solid S by a solid-liquid separator 5. Lactic acid bacteria are mixed with the filtrate F to produce a second mixed solution B2, and lactic acid fermentation is performed only for a predetermined time. Supernatant fluid W obtained by the lactic acid fermentation is used as a conditioning solution in the subsequent steps. On the other hand, precipitate D obtained by the lactic acid fermentation is used as a feed for livestock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
