摘要

To reduce, in size, a circuit equipped in a projection type capacitance touch panel device having pressure detection function in addition to a touched coordinate detecting function and also costs of the circuit.SOLUTION: A first main plane of a touch sensor panel is touched by an indicator. The touch sensor panel has a plurality of sensors. A pressure detecting element has an electric resistance or a static capacitance changed in response to pressure applied to the first main plane. A conductive layer is disposed so as to be opposed to a second main plane of the touch sensor panel and so as to be overlapped with a plurality of sensors in a plan view from a thickness direction of the touch sensor panel and is electrically connected to a reference potential part through the pressure detecting element. Based on a plurality of static capacitances respectively detected by currents flowing in a plurality of sensors, it is determined whether or not the plane is touched. A touched coordinate indicating a position where the plane is touched is calculated. Thus, it is determined whether or not the first main plane is applied with pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
