To provide a termite prevention structure which can surely prevent intrusion of termite over a long period of time without causing reduction in termite prevention performance by an external force, reduction in a drug effect or the like, and a manufacturing method of a termite prevention building.SOLUTION: There is provided a termite prevention structure in which piping surrounded by an inorganic fiber assembly is embedded in a foundation concrete structure of a building. A manufacturing method of a termite prevention building having a foundation concrete structure including bar arrangement includes the following steps: a first step of preparing the piping surrounded by the inorganic fiber assembly; a second step of inserting the prepared piping into a gap between the bar arrangement; and a third step of pouring concrete into a gap between the installed piping and the bar arrangement to cure the concrete. Further, the method includes: a first step of pouring concrete into the gap between the bar arrangement to cure the concrete; a second step of providing a hole part for passing the piping through the cured concrete; a third step of preparing the piping surrounded by the inorganic fiber assembly; and a fourth step of inserting the piping prepared in the third step into the hole part provided in the second step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
