PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mainly a manufacturing method of a three-dimensional regulation porous microstructure.;SOLUTION: The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a three-dimensional regulation porous microstructure and a whole column (monolithic column) manufactured based on the method. In a process for manufacturing the three-dimensional regulation microstructure by a colloidal crystalline template method, after completion of self construction of particles, strain is generated in formed particles with the three-dimensional regulation microstructure and contact between particle with a regulated array is effectively increased. Thereby at same time, a solvent used for floating state particles is removed. The invention also relates to manufacturing the whole column by the manufacturing method of the three-dimensional regulation porous microstructure.
