To provide a bushing capable of improving maintenance ability and reliability without size increase.SOLUTION: A bushing comprises: a rod-state central conductor arranged on a center; a hollow porcelain tube arranged concentrically on a periphery of the central conductor; an upper metal fitting to which the central conductor is connected and which seals the porcelain tube; and a terminal metal fitting arranged on an external surface of the upper metal fitting. At least one of the upper metal fitting and the terminal metal fitting is formed of an aluminum material, and comprises on a surface of a conduction part facing the other metal fitting, a silver plated layer through a copper plated layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
