PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological sample pretreatment method which enables highly sensitive and highly accurate protein analysis using a mass spectrometer.;SOLUTION: A protein-containing sample pretreatment method for protein analysis using a mass spectrometer, includes a first step (i) in which a protein-containing sample is subjected to reductive alkylation and thereafter a protein-containing fraction is purified, a second step (ii) in which the protein-containing fraction obtained in the first step is subjected to ultrasonic treatment in buffer solution which substantially does not contain protein denaturation agents, and a third step (iii) in which the ultrasonic-treated matter obtained in the second step is subjected to decomposition treatment using a protein digestion enzyme.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
