To solve the problem in which contract documents corresponding to various situations cannot be created.SOLUTION: A choice corresponding to the same contract element is extracted by means of an element choice filter on the basis of a contract element determined by means of an order construction filter, a selection operation is received by displaying the received contract element and the choice when the contract element and the choice are notified to a contract document requesting client over the network, a selection result is output to a contract document construction server, the selection result is received from the contract document requesting client at a side of the contract document construction server, a content corresponding to the same choice is extracted by means of a content filter, and the same content of each contract element is combined to create a contract document content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
